VALDOSTA, Ga. – The UWF volleyball team swept Valdosta State on Friday evening on the road (25-14, 25-17, 25-23), as they continue their efforts to earn their seed in the Gulf South Conference tournament next weekend. Lindsay Homme (Willowbrook, Ill./Hinsdale Central HS) continued to dominate the offense in an errorless 15 kill performance, while Tricia Tirabassi (Kenosha, Wis./Tremper HS) surged her offense to a season-high .371 clip. Lady Argos Cruise Past Christian Brothers in GSC Semifinals
PENSACOLA, Fla. – The top ranked University of West Florida women’s soccer team dominated Christian Brothers Friday afternoon in the semifinals of the Gulf South Conference Tournament, handing them a 6-0 loss. It was Shakira Duncan who once again led the attack for the Argos, posting four goals and assisting on one other in win.
