Argonaut Spirit Challenge Announces Winners
UWF Orientation Leaders earn top prize
PENSACOLA, Fla. -- A successful Argonaut Spirit Challenge, sponsored by Buffalo Rock, came to a close last Saturday with the finale of the men’s and women’s basketball seasons at home. The UWF Orientation Leaders took home the top prize, earning $750 towards any Buffalo Rock products.
The African American Student Association claimed the second place prize, earning $500 towards Buffalo Rock. Pulling up in third place were the Ladies in Waiting organization with $150 good for Buffalo Rock product, as well.
Each organization attended basketball games in order earn points that were totaled at the end of the season to determine winners. In addition, the student organizations participated in themed games, half time competition, and noise competitions during games to earn more points.
