UWF's NCAA South Regional Semifinals Match Postponed Due to Rain

No. 3-Seed West Florida to Face No. 6-Seed Florida Southern Tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The NCAA South Regional #2 semifinal women’s tennis match between West Florida and Florida Southern slated for this afternoon has been postponed until tomorrow at 2 p.m. eastern due to rain in the Boca Raton area. West Florida, which is the No. 9-ranked team in the nation, is the No. 3 seed in the regional. Florida Southern is the No. 6 seed.

The Argos are 21-6 this season and back-to-back Gulf South Conference champions. The other semifinals match between No-2 seed and host Lynn and No. 7-seed Florida Tech will be played at 10 a.m. tomorrow. The finals of the NCAA South Regional #2 will be played on Wednesday at 1 p.m. eastern.
