THE MISSION OF THE ARGONAUT ATHLETIC CLUB...
is to assist the athletic department through fundraising programs. In addition, the Argonaut Athletic Club serves as a booster club to generate school spirit, increase attendance at sporting events and build overall enthusiasm and tradition for UWF Athletics. The Argonaut Athletic Club coordinates social activities, pays tribute to student-athletes, and honors alumni and friends who provide support to the athletic program.

the following 13 teams, which compete in the Gulf South Conference of the NCAA Division II: baseball, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's cross country, women's cross country, men's golf, women's golf, men's soccer, women's soccer, softball, men's tennis, women's tennis and volleyball.
