Pensacola, Fla. -- The No. 19 University of West Florida men's soccer team got back on track Sunday afternoon as they took down GSC rival Delta State, 3-0. Williams, who already recorded an assist in the match, scored the lone second half goal in the 59th minute. He took a cross from the left side and put it past Delta State keeper Trey Jones for the third and final goal of the match.
West Florida dominated the shot count 24-5, eight of those shots being on frame.
The Argos remain at home this week and will take on Concordia College next Friday at 5pm CT in a non-conference matchup.
