PENSACOLA, Fla. - The University of West Florida softball team will kick off the 2012 season at home as they host the UWF Regional Crossover this Saturday and Sunday. The Argonauts were selected to finish fourth in the Gulf South Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll and will open up the season against a pair of Sunshine State Conference foes in Nova Southeastern and Barry. First pitch on Saturday is scheduled for 10 a.m. with Sunday's doubleheader beginning at 9 a.m. [+]

Nationally Ranked UWF Tennis Teams Open 2012 Season This Weekend

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Expectations are high for the West Florida men’s and women’s tennis teams, and the Argonauts will open their 2012 seasons on the road this weekend. The No. 8 ranked women’s team will face No. 10 Florida Southern in Lakeland, Fla. at noon ET on Friday, and they will join the No. 7 ranked men’s team to face New Orleans on Sunday at 11 a.m. CT. St. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The No. 1 West Florida baseball team dropped their season opener on the road Friday to Flagler College 4-3. Dustin Saulmon (Panama City, Fla./Alabama Southern CC (A.
