The Argonaut Athletic Club would like you to join us in McKinney, Texas to cheer on our Argo Football team in the NCAA D2 National Championship.
We are offering UWF fans the ability to travel from Pensacola to McKinney on a charter bus and cheer on our Argos. The bus would leave on Friday, December 20 at 4:00 a.m. from the UWF water tower. Guests must arrive by 3:30 a.m. Once in McKinney, guests will be taken to the designated hotel for UWF fans and can attend the Fan Fest event on Friday night with the rest of the Argo Nation at Tupps Brewery.
Two hours after the National Championship game on December 21, the bus will leave McKinney. The bus is expected to arrive in Pensacola on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. Please note that each leg of the trip between Pensacola and McKinney will take approximately 14 hours. The cost per guest will be approximately $140, which will cover bus transportation, a game ticket, Fan Fest (Friday night) and pre-game tailgate (Saturday lunchtime). If we do not fill all 56 seats on the bus, the price may go up.
Guests will be responsible for securing lodging for Friday night. This is not included in the $140 for transportation. A group rate of $99/night has been secured at a local hotel reserved for UWF fans. The link to purchase your hotel room will be sent to you individually after you purchase your bus/game ticket package.
This bus will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 56 people who sign up and pay will secure their spot.
To reserve your seat on the bus, fill out the form linked below before Tuesday, December 17th at 3 p.m. We will contact you before December 17th at 8 p.m. and let you know if your spot is reserved.
